Rev.Fr.Vaclav Klement, General Councillor of Silesian Mission, visited Tiruchy Province on 27th August 2010. He came down to Don Bosco Provincial House, Tiruchy on 28th August 2010. In the morning he visited Cauveri Development Office at Don Bosco Provincial House, Tiruchy and had a meeting with Fr.Thamburaj sdb, Director, Cauveri Development Office along with Fr.Amalraj Susai, Provincial, Don Bosco Provincial House, Tiruchy. The staff of Cauveri Development Office had a brief introduction with him for couple of minutes. ``It was so good to meet the great personality Fr.Vaclav``, expressed the staff members of Cauveri Development Office.

It was a great learning experience for the teaching staff members of DB Tech Institutions, Tiruchy province. A two-day Life Skill Training Programme was conducted at Don Bosco Provincial House, Tiruchy on 24th and 25th August 2010. Totally 23 teaching staff members from DB Tech Institutions, Tiruchy Province participated in the residential training programme. The topic was ``Managerial Skills and Situational Leadership`` which gave an emphasis on Teacher Student Relationship. Rev.Fr.Albert Johnson SDB, Vice Provincial, Don Bosco Provincial House and Rev.Fr.Thamburaj SDB, Director, Cauveri Development Office were the resource persons for the training. The day 24th August started with an inauguration with a prayer song which made every participant feel like getting heavenly bliss. Fr.Thamburaj SDB welcomed everyone and gave a brief introduction about the two-day training programme. Fr.Albert Johnson started the training session with full of zeal and enthusiasm which turned every participant into a keen attentive state. The training went on well for the above couple of days with a planned module of presentation, interaction, discussion and group work. At the end of the training programme all the participants gave their feedback about their experience, learning and the stuff of the training contents. Every one thanked Fr.Albert Johnson and Fr.Thamburaj for their valuable efforts in making all the participants learn ``How to manage self and others``.

Rev.Fr.Vaclav Klement, General Councillor of Salesian Missions visits Tiruchy Province On 27th August 2010. He came down to Salem and was taken to Yercaud by Fr.Amalraj Susai, Provincial, to meet the students of philosophy. He had a wonderful sharing session with them. He traveled to Vellakinar at Coimbatore to meet the pre-novices. In the evening he visits Tiruchy Provincial House where he is given warm welcome by the province community.
